Horse riding and horse trekking is great fun and an awesome way to celebrate a birthday party...but it's not always suitable for a big group of kiddies, especially when it's they are new to riding or young. Other than that we still have horse treks on every weekend and as the weather starts to improve we are looking forward to using some of the tracks that have been out of actions for winter.

We have had a simply stunning weekend out riding and all the bad weather that was predicted came to nothing! Blue skies, sunshine, and lovely riding with our horses and customers. Was so nice to see some people back for a second ride and lovely to me meet some of you for the first time. Can't wait for the next weekend...we already have booking for both Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon so get in quick to secure your spots.

Well...that flew by! One moments we are excited for the start of the holidays, and the next...they are OVER! We have a fantastic 2 weeks out on the farm and enjoyed meeting so many of you and showing off the stunning property and lovely horses. Thanks to everyone who came along. We have been a bit slack of late - the school holidays have been so busy with booked up rides all day every day! With the exception of Tuesday where we had thunder we've had such a great time out riding on the hills, even getting in some stunning days like this one. Blue skies, lovely horses, time out with friends and family...what more could you want.

No posts for a few days...we have been super busy! Normal riding going on, but we have just hit the school holidays so open every day for rides, and it's winter so we are now feeding out bailage, and we have our new horse who is learning the ropes. Our horse treks are already filling up for the first week of the holidays so give us a call on 021487087 to book your spot and avoid disappointment, alternatively you can contact us here.
For the holidays we are running one off 30 minute lessons. so if you think you might want to go to horse riding lessons on a regular basis after school now is a great time to try it out. spaces are limited and the cost is $35. Normal lessons are run after school and cost $50 per week with a commitment of a term required (payment in two 5 week installments.)

Just one more day till the holidays! Who else is counting down the hours! Can't wait to be at this every day for 2 whole weeks! Here it is...our exciting news! Meet Barney! This is the newest addition to the Ti Tree Hills Trekking Team. He's a 10 year old standard bred with a pretty face. He stayed in a paddock last night and tonight he went out with the rest of the herd. Very happy to be out on the hills! We are looking forward to getting to know him more and starting to ride him later this week.

We had the most stunning winters day today out on the hills horse back riding. Blue skies, sunshine, no wind...couldn't have asked for better! We have our fingers crossed that it lasts for tomorrow, and we might have a special announcement in the afternoon...you'll have to stay tuned to find out!

Every horse has it's own unique character and personality. Rata is a really gentleman...except when the camera comes out. Then he seems to be more of a silly teenager. It seems every time I stop to take photos I get a number with him pulling faces and his tongue hanging out. What a goof-ball! Much to the amusement of his rider.
